Flex Nutrition was founded by Paul Lagoda, a proud U.S. veteran and lifelong bodybuilder with a mission to bring education, community, and integrity back to the supplement industry. After years of serving his country and dedicating himself to fitness, Paul saw the need for a space that went beyond selling products a place built on knowledge, trust, and connection. Flex Nutrition was created to be that space.
